My assortment gaps
See where your assortment has gapsThis tab compares your assortment with the market — but first it needs to know what you sell. Upload the list of your products (the EAN codes from your shop are enough) in the “Upload product feed” tab, and here you'll see in which categories and price shelves you're strong, and where a lot sells even though you're absent. The market itself — revenue and competition — you can browse without uploading anything in the neighbouring tabs.
Your feed didn't matchYou have a list of codes uploaded, but none matches a product card on Amazon.de — so what you see below are not your real gaps. The most common reason: the uploaded column doesn't contain EANs (e.g. prices or internal codes). Look at the feed tab — we show there what the uploaded values look like.

What Bestseller Radar shows
Where does this data come from? From Amazon.de. Once a month we go through the category listings and product pages. For many products Amazon shows a “N+ bought in past month” label, and for the rest we estimate sales from the Best Sellers Rank (a curve fitted on labelled products). A product with no label and no rank — no trace of sales at all — does not make it into Radar, so you only look at what really sells.
From which period? All numbers in Radar refer to one full month — currently October 2026. Every month we take a fresh snapshot of Amazon.de and replace the data, so you always see the last closed month.
How do we calculate revenue? We don't know sellers' real financial results — nobody publishes them. We estimate revenue with a simple multiplication: the number of purchases of a product in a month × its price. Example: a product bought 200 times at € 50 = about € 10,000 of revenue. Such an estimate shows scale and proportions very well (what's big and what's small, who grows against whom), but don't treat a single amount like an invoice. We count purchases, not units: when a customer takes several units in one purchase (e.g. an installer buying actuators for a whole manifold), Radar sees one sale, so the revenue of such products is understated. For comparing products, brands and categories this doesn't matter — the proportions hold.
What Radar is and what it isn't Radar doesn't replace Seller Central or seller reports — that's where you have exact units and the value of your own sales. Radar looks at the whole market: what sells across all sellers, who holds what share, where the shelves without competition are and how many sellers fight for a product. It's a tool for spotting opportunities and making comparisons, not for bookkeeping.
Not sure where to start? Amadeusz will walk you through all the tabs step by step and show what to click where. It takes about a minute. Start the tutorial → What does my feed give me? (tutorial) →
This is a beta. In other words: Radar works, but we're still developing it and something may still creak. If something doesn't work, is unclear or missing — write to us, we read every message. Tell us what to improve →
Compare your catalogue with Amazon.de's bestsellers
Uploading a product feed requires a free account
- how many of your products are among the bestsellers
- Your share of each category's and brand's revenue
- assortment gaps: price shelves where a lot sells and you're absent
EANs from your feed are enough — and products without an EAN (e.g. car parts) can be matched by manufacturer and product code. No password: you log in with a link from your e-mail.
Your brands on Amazon.de
Pick a brand (or several — sub-brands, a portfolio) and Radar will treat its products as yours: position in categories, shares, competitor benchmark — without uploading a feed.
Selling on Amazon.de? A nickname is enough
Enter the nickname of your Amazon.de seller account (or several — up to 5, e.g. the company and private labels) and Radar will add the products you sell to your list by itself. No feed and no EANs. Products appear on the list as they come; the whole thing usually takes a few minutes and finishes on its own even if you close the tab. The account import can be run once.
Upload product feed
For a manufacturer this complements the brand: cards Amazon.de assigned to another or an empty brand, sub-brands without their own entry — after uploading EANs, Radar counts them as yours together with the selected brands' products.
Save the ASINs (or EANs) of your catalogue (and for products without an EAN — the manufacturer and product code) and Radar will show how many of them are among the bestsellers and what share of each category's and brand's revenue you have. The list is saved on your account and has no limit.
- Drag a file with your feed (CSV / TXT / XLSX) onto the field below, or click it and choose a file. Radar takes the column headed “ASIN” / “EAN” / “GTIN” / “barcode”, or the first column without a header; several EANs in one cell are fine too. Products without an EAN (e.g. car parts) can be matched with the “Manufacturer” and “Manufacturer code” columns — two pasted columns (manufacturer, code) work as well.
- First time? Just click “Upload product list” — that's how your list is built. Once you have a saved list, you'll choose: “Append” (adds new codes) or “Replace” (replaces the whole list with the file contents).
